Refund & Returns Policy
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.
- Refunds: Refunds are only processed if the error is from Elspazio Homes. Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized items, sale items, and used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item due to personal preference (not due to an error on our part), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- For customers outside town, please contact us within 24 hours to schedule an exchange.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Locations: We deliver within Nigeria. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days for local shipping while International delivery is processed within 7-10 working days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Fees: Costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
- Delayed or Lost Orders: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
